HERE IS HOW SIGN-UPS WORK:
Sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis and will continue until all spots are filled! CLICK HERE FOR A LIST OF THE CURRENT TRIP AVAILABILITY!
WE RECOMMEND COMING TO SIGN-UPS WITH AT LEAST YOUR FOR TRIPS TOP THREE CHOICES. With a limited number of spots, it is possible that your top one or two choices may be filled by the time you are ready to sign-up. If that’s the case, you can either put your name on a waiting list, sign-up for another trip… or both! Remember though, you cannot pick a bad trip!
WAITING LISTS… Since trips have limited spots, we allow students to sign-up on a waiting list. No deposit is required to put your name on a waiting list. We will contact you in case a spot opens up and at that time, a deposit and registration form is required should you choose to take the open spot!
HOW TO SIGN-UP AFTER NOVEMBER 3, 2011. Check the trip availability list (available soon) to see if there are spaces available on your desired trip. Come into the Cook DeWitt Center during the following weekday times with your registration form and $75 deposit to sign up for a trip!
Mondays: 10:30am – 4pm
Tuesdays: 9:30am – 3pm
Wednesdays: 10:30am – 4pm
Thursdays: 9am – 1:30pm
Fridays: 10am – 2pm
